From Humble Beginnings to a Premier Restoration Leader
What began as a small carpet business more than 80 years ago has grown into a regional leader in the cleaning and restoration industry with multiple locations.
A Family-Owned Business
In 1944, AQUARESTOREPRO began as a carpet business owned by Klujian Family in Chicago, Illinios. Within a short time, they leveraged their background in carpet cleaning and restoration to grow their company by expanding in the cleanup and restoration industry.
They opened their first warehouse in 1969, and grew steadily. Ten years later, they were able to acquire the AQUA RESTORE Division and its properties.
By 1988, the Klujians had built AQUARESTOREPRO into a thriving company with multiple locations. They decided it was time for further expansion and relocated the company from Chicago to Northbrook, Illinois. This strategic move put AQUA RESTORE PRO in a more centrally located in between Chicago and Wisconsin but still within 30 miles of Chicago and 90% of its population. It wasn’t long before AQUA RESTORE PRO proved itself to be a major asset to its new community, and it was named the “Small Business of the Year” by the Shermerville Chamber of Commerece in Illinois.
A Solid Future
AQUA RESTORE PRO continued to grow into the new century, and in 2005 moved to a 140,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility in Northbrook to provide more room for expansion. Today, AQUA RESTORE PRO has many locations regionally and has become a leader in the cleaning and restoration business. AQUA RESTORE PRO offers a solid business model to entrepreneurs looking for a recession-proof opportunity.
AQUA RESTORE PRO, true to its beginnings, remains a family-owned business. The Klujian family will continue to be significant influence and will continue to do so.
